Our Mission.

Real Help.

Real Families.

Real Change.

What We Do: The RDG Foundation was founded by the partners of RDG with one purpose: to lift up young families when they need it most. Fueled by compassion and a deep-rooted commitment to community, the Foundation channels the power of our people into action. Whether through financial support, hands-on service, or partnerships with mission-driven nonprofits, we are focused on making a lasting difference. The RDG Foundation isn’t just about giving back — it’s about showing up, standing alongside families in crisis, and helping build a stronger, more hopeful future.

Why We Exist: The community has helped us grow and we want to give back. We see gaps in the system and seek to fill those whenever we can.

Inspired by IACKids:
This grassroots organization support middle income families with terminally or seriously ill children. We regularly support this organization and others whose focus is children and families in need in the Greater Rochester area.

At RDG Foundation, we believe that no family should have to face hardship alone. Our mission is to step in where support is needed most—offering relief, hope, and a community that truly cares.
