RDG+Partners Deb Lill has been promoted to Director of Operations for RDG+Partners. In her new role, Deb oversees the firm’s tax, audit, consulting, and administrative departments. Previously, Deb served as Tax Director, leveraging over 25 years of experience in small business operations. Deb is a licensed New York State Certified Public Accountant.
