About Debra
As the Director of Operations, Deb occupies a pivotal role in overseeing our firm’s tax, audit, consulting, and administrative departments. Deb’s extensive expertise in tax matters and process optimization has profoundly influenced the trajectory of RDG+Partners. Her strategic skill in refining workflows has notably elevated efficiency and productivity. Deb’s adept mastery of tax intricacies and process enhancement remains instrumental in reshaping our operational landscape, firmly establishing her as a driving force behind our firm’s ongoing success.
Prior to assuming her current role, Deb served as our Tax Director, leveraging over 25 years of experience in small business operations. Her proficiency spans month-end and annual reporting, sales tax, corporate and individual tax, along with extensive consulting across diverse sectors.
Deb holds a B.S. Degree in Accounting from St. John Fisher College, and her journey includes an internship in private accounting before joining our team in 2016. As a licensed New York State Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA, her professional stature is undeniable.
