About Dyanna
Dyanna Serrano is a driven Human Resource professional with over a decade experience working within the intricacies of day-to-day HR and customer service. Dyanna has her Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management and has worked directly alongside senior staff to help facilitate and focus on development, staffing, compensation, employee relation functions, benefits and payroll. She has recently specialized in Human Resource technologies and has developed and implemented new HRIS solutions and helped in the creation of new automated systems. In her spare time Dyanna enjoys traveling with her husband Joe and two children.
