About Kate
Kate has more than 20 years of professional services experience. Prior to launching Employee Retention Solutions, she was most recently a partner and senior vice president at ProNexus, where she supported the strategic expansion and growth of the brand while overseeing the firm’s client service, marketing, and operations teams. Kenney earned her bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Oswego and plays an active role in the Rochester community as chair of the Community Impact Cabinet at the United Way of Greater Rochester and a recently appointed board member at Bivona Child Advocacy Center.
